I have shopped The Container Store often and have always walked away very pleased with the products that I had bought, They often have had items that I haven't found in other stores. And, yes, I agree with others, that you probably could get most products in many of the box stores cheaper. That is the main reason that I hesitated to give this store 5 stars.

I received perfectly wonderful and generous customer service from Barbara, the store manager at the Plano, TX Stonebriar location. Thank you C. S. for hiring employees that are compassionate and honest.

Great place to purchase storage of any variety. The typically have great discounts and bulk purchasing options. I've made several purchases through their site and the experience has been excellent every time:

2. Good prices, bulk options, and abundant discounts.
3. Fast delivery.
